A Moving Violation includes: speeding, not stopping at a traffic light or stop sign, failure to yield, failure to signal, crossing over a center divider, failure to use a seat belt, driving in the HOV without a passenger, passing a school bus while flashing lights are on.  This includes only some moving violations so please check your local state law to get a complete list.
